1. Using TheEventClub

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
• You agree to use TheEventClub only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner towards other members.

2. Activities and Interactions

• TheEventClub helps people discover and organise activities; we do not directly host or insure any events.
• You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct at any activity you create or attend.
• Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of activity details and for complying with local laws and venue rules.

3. Content You Share

• You may share content (such as profile information, activity descriptions, and messages) on the platform.
• You retain ownership of your content, but grant TheEventClub a non‑exclusive licence to display and process it to operate the service.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, harassing, or infringes any third‑party rights.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page; this will remove your profile and associated data as described there.

5. Disclaimers

TheEventClub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that activities will occur as described, or that all members will behave appropriately. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the platform or attendance at activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheEventClub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Your continued use of TheEventClub after such changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
